The EFF leader Julius Malema says he will take the expulsion of their members from the State of the Nation Address sitting to court. Soon after being evicted, Malema told reporters that they were illegally removed from the joint sitting. Malema contends that the rules state that each member of Parliament must be considered as a single entity and not as a group as they were treated. He says the removal was unconstitutional.
