Pure 2.0 - new features

Pure 2.0 consists of Pure Gamma (for the older CSP gamma shaders) and
Pure LCS (for the new CSP "Linear Color Space" shaders)

Pure LCS is a feature-rich, yet lightweight weather script for Assetto Corsa/CSP. It requires CSP 0.2.3p211 or newer builds!

It features 55 high resolution skydomes, unique shaders like ground-fog, sun blinding, lightnings and custom post processing.
Its code is well optimized and therefore key in order to achieve high frame rates in Assetto Corsa, with superior visuals.
