EMD 2024 Intro Day 23 - Doncaster Ukulele & Guitar Group

Since their inception in 2015, Doncaster Ukulele Group has grown to almost 100 members, performed at countless festivals/shows and came in second place in the Ukulele Society of Great Britain’s 2019 ‘Ukulele Band of the Year’ contest.

They’ve jammed with one of their ukulele idols, George Hinchliffe (founder of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain!) and even the Hairy Bikers belted out some Status Quo with them too. We DON’T play any George Formby - sorry Formby fans - but you can expect a whole range of songs from the 60’s to the present day, all strummed and plucked along by a choir of ukes!

We look forward to seeing them once more in the streets of Epworth on June 22nd 2024.
