not bad game, graphics and gameplay is good, stable framerate and speed is high, only bad thing is way of unlocking new vehicles and leader ai laptimes rng, there is 3 types of vehicles and you need to play same shit with all types of vehicles to unlocks higher tier versions, speed type is good for first 2 classes but trash for class 3 and 4 because of shitty controls and bad acceleration, only acceleration type is easy for class 3 and 4, and you cannot change vehicles in class, you need to start all over again with different vehicle type from class 1, good thing that you can skip this bullshit with cheats to unlock vehicles, leader ai laptime is another problem and it's always random +- 5sec and most of times it's impossible to catchup even without mistakes, in order to catch leader ai you need to collect only blue power and upgrade it 2 times for boost, meta gameplay just like lego racers weapons just useless if you wanna get 1st place it's boost to win, there is only 2 types of power orange weapon and blue boost, you cant see what pickup type you got but powers always in same place in that class, only in class 4 powers is random and if you got bad rng it's impossible to catch leader, as port from pc is good, ps1 version missing only features that was added in upgraded dreamcast version Mag Force Racing later - fun cheats, better hud, multiplayer mode, extra racetracks osaka and underworld, extra vehicle type cyclone with focus on handling, extra animal vehicles, weapons system is different you can upgrade all powers 3 times for turbo ram
