For the second to last video of Year 2, I've decided to take on a cover that I've attempted probably three times prior and failed at getting the sound I want. I had all three different files I was working on and just decided to start from scratch and try doing the arrangment completely different and use the cello as a stand up bass to preserve the orchestral feel with the classical guitar. I'm glad that I just went through with it and finished it because I've wanted to do this song for so long.

Even still, there are always problems with things. On the day I begun to record, my cello started to give me a ton of fingerboard buzz probably due to the crappy instrument's wood (it's a very cheap cello) so I was forced to raise the bridge way way up to get it to even make a clean sound. Even then it took quite a bit of EQ to get it deep sounding to emulate a standup bass. So much hard work went into this one along so I hope you enjoy it.

However, not nearly as much went into this one as I'm currently putting into the final video. One more cover to go everyone. Year 2 has been quite a wild ride indeed!
