Wider wheels and low profile tires usually require wheel spacers to move them outboard from suspension interference. In this video, we modify some spacers to fit the vanagon, which already had longer studs installed on the rear, and a stud conversion at the front. The spacers obtained for minimal cost were modified to fit over the vanagon hub bearing area, which needs close to 2-1/2 inch diameter clearance.
