This easy living soil recipe for new growers includes the ingredients — peat, perlite, worm castings with rock dust, kelp meal, crab meal, and neem meal.

For 7.5 gallons — this living soil recipe calls for:

2.5 gallons of peat
2.5 gallons of perlite
2.5 gallons of worm castings w/ rock dust
1 cup of kelp meal
1 cup of crab meal
1 cup of neem meal
