The first time I fought Orphan I struggled for 30 minutes only for him to kill me, I then tried this strategy and defeated him easily.

This strategy involves poisoning Orphan and letting the poison damage hurt him whilst the party just focus on healing, once the poison wears off, cast it again in the Perseverance Paradigm and then go back to the Salvation Paradigm to heal, keep repeating this strategy and Orphan will fall easily.
