The owner, Mr. Iwakiri, and his staff are famous for their energetic and cheerful attitude. But what really sets this restaurant apart is their meticulous attention to detail—right down to the soup and noodles!

For the soup, they use a special technique: metal heated to 7,000°C with charcoal, which helps eliminate the bitterness from the dried sardines (niboshi) used in the broth. The result? An incredibly smooth, flavorful soup.

Customers start lining up as early as 7:00 AM on weekdays, and the orders keep pouring in until close—more than 1,000 bowls sold each day! On weekends, they hit an astonishing 2,000 bowls sold daily.

This popular spot even featured on the TV show "Omouma Shokudo," and their goal is to bring energy and joy to every customer who walks through the door.

Iwakiri-san has also published a book, which is available for purchase at the restaurant.
