3 Indian nationals have been arrested and charged over in the Sikh separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar case in Canada. The three suspects, Karan Brar, 22, Kamal Preet Singh, 22, and Karan Preet Singh, 28, were arrested in Edmonton, Alberta, where they had been living. Canadian media reports said all are alleged associates of a criminal group in Punjab & Haryana associated with Lawrence Bishnoi. Quoting police sources, one media outlet said the suspects entered Canada on student visas 'but may have been working at the direction of Indian intelligence'.
