Quba, Azerbaijan Promotional Video Guide

🇬🇧 Our travel around Azerbaijan continues. We take the car, leave Baku the capital behind us and reach Quba (Guba) which is a city and the administrative centre of the Quba District of Azerbaijan. The city lies on the north-eastern slopes of Shahdag mountain, at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level, on the right bank of the Kudyal river.
We continue our roadtrip toward Khinalug which is located just south-west of Quba in the middle of the Greater Caucasus mountains that divide the Northern Caucasus in Russia from the South Caucasus.
Khinalug is also the highest, most remote and isolated village in Azerbaijan and among the highest in the Caucasus.
Here we dive in the magnificence of nature and we get in touch with the traditional home made cuisine, which simply tastes delicious!
A great escape from the scorcing temperatures of the capital. Highly suggested!

🇮🇹 Il nostro viaggio in Azerbaigian continua. Prendiamo la macchina, lasciamo alle nostre spalle la capitale Baku e raggiungiamo Quba (Guba) che è una città nonchè centro amministrativo del Distretto di Quba dell'Azerbaigian.
La città si trova sulle pendici nord-orientali del monte Shahdag, ad un'altitudine di 600 metri sul livello del mare, sulla riva destra del fiume Kudyal.
Continuiamo il nostro viaggio verso Khinalug che si trova appena a sud-ovest di Quba, nel mezzo delle montagne del Grande Caucaso che dividono il Caucaso settentrionale in Russia dal Caucaso meridionale.
Khinalug è anche il villaggio più alto, remoto e isolato dell'Azerbaigian e tra i più alti del Caucaso.
Qui ci immergiamo nella magnificenza della natura ed entriamo in contatto con la cucina tradizionale fatta in casa, che ha un sapore semplicemente delizioso!
Una bella fuga dalle temperature torride della capitale. Altamente consigliata!
