How to fix a Bad slug or post permalink URL in WordPress

Sometimes when we make a blog post and the permalink URL is a generic code. This is not very good for SEO because bots can not understand if the permalink URL is "1060-02".

This might happen also if you change the name of the post without updating the slug; what ends up happening is the old post name is still the URL.

Here is how to change the permalink URL slug in a WordPress post:
1) In the WP Dashboard, click on All Posts
2) Find the post with the bad URL and click on Quick Edit
3) Copy the title of the post
4) Paste over the bad slug
5) Click on Update
