🍯 RECIPE CARD 🧀

Ingredients:
1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
½ cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil (for dough)
¼ cup Water (or as needed)
Cheese Slices (2 per paratha)
Honey (1-2 tbsp per paratha)
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Make the Dough: In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and 1 tbsp of oil. Gradually add water and knead into a medium-soft dough. Apply a little oil, cover, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Portion & Roll: Divide the rested dough into 6 equal balls. Dust a surface with flour and roll one ball out as thinly as possible.
3. Layer & Fill: Brush the rolled dough with oil. Fold opposite sides to the center to form a rectangle. Drizzle honey over the surface.
4. Stuff with Cheese: Place two cheese slices in the center, drizzling more honey between them.
5. Fold & Seal: Carefully fold the ends of the rectangle over the cheese to create a sealed packet. Press the edges firmly.
6. Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the paratha on medium heat until crisp and golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve Hot: Serve immediately to enjoy that perfect cheese pull!
