Ingredients

1/2 white onion
1 jalapeño
3 garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
400g (1 oz) deveined shrimps
Handful of Manchego cheese
2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil
200g (7 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp maggi
60ml cream
1 tsp chipotle
1 tbsp cube vegetable bouillon/stock
Corn tortillas
Coriander leaves
Salsa verde
Salt & pepper
