You will not believe that its made from Rice Flour! And the Good news too is that we are not using any oil for this Cake!
But Its Super moist soft Fluffy matcha chiffon cake ive ever Taste!
Recipe is so simple:
for the Matcha Mixture we need: 2 Large egg yolk, 35 gram ruce flour, 10 gram Matcha Powder, 30 gram sugar ( you can use any sugar you have) , 50 ml water.
For the Cocoa Mixture, we need, 2 egg yolk, 35 gram rice flour, 10 gram cocoa powder, 30 gram Sugar of your choice, 50 ml water.
For merengue
4 Large egg yolks
20 gram of brown sugar.
