Alright. Let's take a look at the first word, "match". The first sound in "match" is mmm, mmm. So you close your lips and make the mmm sound, mmm. So let's try together. Please repeat after me, mmm, mmm. Good. The next sound is aaa. You drop your jaw and open your mouth, aaa, aaa. Okay, let's practice together, aaa, aaa. Alright, let's take a look at the last sound, it is ch, ch. Alright, this sound is similar to the sound in chips. So ch, ch. Alright, let's practice together, ch, ch. Great. Let's put the three sounds together, mmm, aaa, ch, match. Great. Let's practice the word together. Match. Match. Great.

Alright, let's take a look at "much". Alright, the only difference here is in "much" it uses the uhh sound. So in the uhh sound, you relax your jaw, relax your lips, and open your mouth and drop your tongue and say uhh, uhh, uhh. Okay great. Let's repeat after me, uhh, uhh. Great.
