Hi, Brad Trost, Member of Parliament for Saskatoon-University.
Today the liberals did their fiscal update, no surprises; they have a big huge deficit. $20 Billion dollars, that’s $20 billion dollars more than the Conservatives would have had, and $10 Billion more than they promised. What does that mean? That means $20 Billion dollars more in future taxes. $20 Billion dollars in future carbon taxes, future taxes on income tax, and future tax on small business. So what does that mean for me? What do I have to do? I’ll do what I’ve always done; I’ll fight for you the taxpayer. I’ll fight to protect you from the Liberal taxes.
