How to replace the pellet probe on a BSA PCP XTX

This video shows how to strip a BSA PCP (R-10, T10, Scorpion SE, Ultra SE etc) to replace the pellet probe. The action is pretty much the same on the R-10, Scorpion T10/SE and Ultra SE, the Gamo Dynamax is also similar.

You can either replace your probe with an aftermarket stainless steel version or you can replace it with a standard part. The stainless steel probes were made because the nickel plating on the standard BSA probes has a tendency to flake and peel.
