The other day we had Buryat-Mongolian cuisine. It is quite different from Mongolian food in North America. It was very authentic.

The Restaurant we went to was Сэлэнгэ.

We enjoyed Pu'er Tea, Ghenghis Khan Soup, "Samgen" Cerveaux cooked in a mutton bone, and "Dambar" Fried lamb giblets with onions (basically liver and onions)
