Welcome to Mil-bur, a majestic water-oriented community located in Pasadena, Maryland. Built in the late 60’s and early 70’s, with only about 80 homes, a dozen of with enjoy waterfront access to Cornfield Creek.

This neighborhoods most popular feature is the waterfront community park, which includes a private marina, boat ramp, swimming pool, volleyball court, picnic area, and playground facilities.

Mil-bur is located towards the end of Mountain Road, just before Gibson Island. Located in the Chesapeake school district, and within walking distance to the award winning blue ribbon Bodkin Elementary School. Plus, you're just a short bike ride away from Downs Park, which includes hiking trails, fishing pier, dog beach and so much more.

Mil-bur includes a mix of colonial, split foyer and rancher style homes. In the past year there have been only 4 homes sold with an average sales price of $500,350. These homes had an average of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,081 finished square feet.

This community recently switched over from a voluntary HOA to a special tax district. The covenants do allow for boats and trailers and includes membership to the pool. The marina is separate and slips cost $14 per foot per year on a first-come first-serve basis.
