With Buha's loyalty secured I'm able to move against Rwanda, who are establishing them as the major power around Lake Victoria. My progress is relentless though, and I also grab Expansion Ideas so I can begin colonizing.

I felt that I needed some grand strategy in my life and decided to plump for EUIV to scratch my itch. I have some unfinished business with the African Power achievement after my failure of four years ago, so that seems like a decent challenge to accept. Playing as Kongo my task is to occupy the whole of the African continent, including those annoying specks of land of the coast, and at a time where the major European powers are bent on colonising the continent. Better luck this time I hope.
