"Introspective Art" is a stream format I've adapted from art therapy the way it's conducted as group therapy at my psychiatric clinic.
We get together as a group and figure out a subject to approach in the form of an art piece. This offers a different approach to your thoughts and feelings that can help you gain new insights and be more impactful than just regular self-reflection.

Keep in mind that I'm not a therapist, which is why I'm not calling this proper art "therapy." Be mindful of yourself if you decide to practice this by yourself, as it can get a little intense. If you can, I'd recommend finding a local group to try it out in the presence of more experienced people.
