I Tried Making Gordon Ramsay's Viral Wagyu Burger

This Wagyu steak burger from Gordon Ramsay has gone mega viral online and it may be for good & bad reasons - it sounds delicious, but there is also a lot of butter in it and no written recipe - let's try it & see what we think!

Ingredients (well, what I think they should be!):
For the pickled cucumber
½ cucumber, sliced thin
1 large red chilli
2tbsp rice vinegar
1tsp sugar
For the onion
1 large onion, sliced 1 inch thick
1tbsp butter
1tbsp vegetable oil
2tbsp Worcester sauce
For the burger sauce
2tbsp Worcester sauce
60g Sriracha
300g mayonnaise
Everything else
Wagyu burger patties
1 slice gruyere cheese
1 large egg
Brioche sesame seeded burger buns
Handful lettuce, to serve
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying as needed
