The new T8 Belfast still has a fearsome set of consumables behind it, being able to hydro, smoke and radar at the same time. Yet the brutal downgrade in DPM, the somewhat recent IFHE nerf combined with the radar infested T8+ MM means that the ship falters hard. The ship is a good DD killer, but that's not enough to make a mark at this tier.
