VEGAN JACKFRUIT TACOS or Jackfruit tacos al pastor

These Delicious Vegan Jackfruit Tacos are filled with barbecue flavor pulled jackfruit, onion and tomato slices, shredded purple cabbage and avocado. Topped with delicious vegan sour cream. An easy vegan dinner recipe that the whole family will enjoy, even your pickiest meat-eaters. I am calling it jackfruit tacos al pastor because it resembles pulled pork tacos but as it is a vegan dish canned jackfruit is used to make these pulled jackfruit tacos.
