These are tense times for all of us, no matter where in the world we are.
I hope that my videos can help to keep you moving and perhaps uplift the spirit a bit.

Movement is the best medicine we’ve got. Be sure to take your daily dose to stay both physically and mentally healthy and well.

I have been working hard for 4 years on creating online challenges. I wanted 1 more month to complete the perfect program, but I feel the time is now.
I know that my course will help a significant number of you that could truly use both the physical and emotional boost, right now.

I teach movement that can be done in your home or any outdoor space and this practice promotes strength, mobility, calm and empowerment … And we can all use a little more of that these days.

So I hope to have a start date for my 6-week Move More Age Less Challenge within 1-2 weeks from now. 🤞
