All of the footage here is taken directly from the original 1976 theatrical trailer that used unfinished footage:    • Star Wars - Original Theatrical Trailer  , which is why you hear some on-set temp dialogue tracks and Obi Wan's lightsaber is missing the animation over it)

a. Senate Budget Committee rejects Reagan's budget (I guess Leon Panetta never looked young. The bit about Reagan "coming off the bench" is in reference to the aforementioned assassination attempt 9 days earlier. At this point he was still recovering in the hospital from surgery and returned to the White House on April 11th)
