VW T4 Drivers Side Inner/Outer Sill Repair - (very rusty T4 transporter welding restoration build!)

In this video I show you and explain how I went about repairing the inner and outer sill on the drivers side (UK RHD) of my very rusty 1994 VW T4 Transporter van.

I picked up the repair panel from central panels on ebay, unfortunately you can only get these panels for LHD vans where the sliding door is typically on the right side. Nevertheless however you can still use around 90% of this repair panel, you just need to modify the lower corners at each end for it to work.

As you can see in the video I had to rebuild the lower portion of my inner sill before I fitted the outer panel, hopefully your own vans you might get away without having to do that!
