The "Dyeing to Find It" Shrine Quest is completed by talking to the Steward Construct nearby and solving the puzzle. We need to spin the dial to rotate the structure 180 degrees, then insert the wooden board into the left hand slot. Afterwards, we wait at the campfire until morning and watch the shadow of the structure line up with the wall panel to access the Shrine.
