How to make bread in bread machine:
I will use bread machine from KBS.
1. Stir 1 teaspoon of ActiveDry Yeast in 200ml warm water. Add 1.5 tablespoon of sugar and wait until it foams up fully.
2. Sift 340g of flour through a sieve.
3. Oil the stiring paddle using butter.
4. Pour water with yeast out to the machine's breadpan. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/5 tablespoon of sugar.
5. Transfer the flour into the breadpan.
6. Add 1.5 tablespoon of olive oil.
7. Choose the 1st program: Soft Bread, 2lb Loaf and Dark Color. Press Start.
8. When the baking done, take the bread out and let it cool it on a rack.

You tasty and beautiful homemade bread is ready!
