I am a 9.5 inside a regular shoe and an 11 integrate this shoe. As others have said, this shoe is good for those with wider, flatter feet and works together orthotics. I tried the Bloch DRT (was required to go up 2 full sizes!) however the arch was too much for me. I liked this shoe better than the other Capezio, the Fierce model. I personally use the shoe for beginning Tango lessons and practice. They are not pretty shoes, however long black pants, they're not horrible. They do allow that you drag your toe and Tango easily.
