There are many kind of bamboo shoots. In forest nearby, I learn how to harvest wild bamboo shoots. This harvesting & preservation process is really interesting.
On the way back home, I found a cool steam and decided rest here for a while. Cooking bamboo shoots and eating with grilled stream fish are delicious and wonderful experience.
Making some dried bamboo shots and expanding my farm and drawing my dream house ares also included in this video.
