6 ounce piece of salmon
3 jumbo shrimp peeled & deveined
the meat of 1 lobster tail
1/2 a minced shallot
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
the juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper to taste
cooking oil for sauteing your seafood and vegetables
4 tbsp unsalted cold butter
corn starch for coating your seafood
a pinch of Italian seasoning
2 tbsp small diced red bell peppers (optional)
2 tbsp chopped scallions (optional)
fresh chopped parsley for garnish
