A Portland man has found himself in the middle of a mystery – a urine mystery, if you will.

If you saw our last report, you know Alex Van Duyn captured surveillance video of a man pulling up in a black car, getting out, and leaving urine-filled jugs in recycling bins.

The waste company won’t take them as they are considered a biohazard.

So who is this mystery man? Why is this continuing every month or so? And what do portland police officials have to say?

“If I can get that license plate number, then, you know, we've got a game," Van Duyn tells KATU.
