The Pfeifer Farmland Auction

The Pfeifer Family Farms consist of 242.11 +/- real estate tax acres in three tracts located throughout southern Champaign County, IL. There are no improvements and open tenancy for the 2025 crop year.

Tract 1: St. Joseph Twp | 77.50 +/- acres | 143.5 soil PI
Tract 2: Ayers Twp | 82.70 +/- acres | 143.8 soil PI
Tract 3: Pesotum Twp | 81.91 +/- acres | 141.7 soil PI

This is a three-tract auction. Each tract will be offered individually. Tracts will not be combined at the end of the auction.

The farms will be offered in a Virtual Online-Only Auction on Thursday, January 16th, 10:00 AM. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Service’s mobile app or firstmidag.bidwrangler.com. Prebidding will be available between January 2nd and January 16th with the Live Call beginning at 10 AM, January 16th.
