It's hard to prescribe exactly what you need to do to prepare for taking the test. In this video, I collaborated with firefighter/paramedic Mark Robison to put together some basic exercises that can be completed with minimal equipment to mimic the movements found in CPAT and help you in pursuing your dream of becoming a firefighter.
