The SAE-300® MP engine-driven welder, built on a pure DC generator platform, is designed for pipe and general construction welding. With a built-in CV output contactor, the welder is ready for stick and any wire welding process. The standard block heater can be used to pre-heat the engine for use in cold environments and new temperature stabilization technology eliminates the need for output adjustment throughout the day due to ambient temperature changes.
The SAE-300 MP features a 24.7 HP Perkins® water cooled turbo-charged engine. This machine produces 300 amps DC / 32volts at 60% duty cycle and 250 amps DC / 30 volts at 100% duty cycle. In addition, the SAE-300 MP provides 3,000 watts of AC generator power.
