MY STORY –



I am a 48 year old Celebrity Personal Trainer in Hollywood, who is also a husband and father of two, attempting to lose up to 50 lbs in 90 days. I gained this weight on purpose in an effort to show men my age how to do it both quickly and safely. Every single day I will show you what foods I eat, what supplements I take, and what workouts I am doing, to achieve this dramatic weight loss goal. CURRENT MEASUREMENTS –



(Weigh In & Ultrasound Body Fat Test Done Every Friday)



*On 10/4/2019 (Day 1)    • Extreme weight loss for men over 40/ My 90...   – I weighed in at 254 lbs, and my bodyfat was at 24.1%, which means that 60.11 lbs of my body weight was fat.



As of Saturday 11/23/2019 (Day 52), I weighed in at 234.5 lbs, my body fat is currently 16.8%, which means that 39.5 lbs of my body weight is fat. Since Day 1, I dropped my bodyfat by 7% and burned off about 20 lbs of total body weight and put back on a few healthy pounds of muscle too. Although it’s not bad progress I really need to step it up if I want to drop the entire 50 lbs by day 90.



*Since I’m traveling to Arizona for the Thanksgiving weekend I might not be able to do an official weigh in on Friday 11/29 “Black Friday”. I’m searching for a gym in the area that will accommodate this but this holiday weekend is tough finding anyone to do it. I will probably have to wait until the next week when I’m back in Los Angeles.

WHAT I ATE TODAY –



11 am –24 ounces of black coffee



3 pm – muscle milk pre-made protein drink



6 pm – 3 Chicken tenders, 3 left over wings



10 pm – Left overs from Thanksgiving, 5 oz ham, croissant, beef broccoli, green salad,



11 pm – 2 brandy drinks, 2 beers





EATING NOTES –



Sat up with the brothers while they finished Tita Orting’s eulogy. Had a few drinks and talked up the evening. Great night with the family.

Did not take vitamins today. Forgot.

MY WORKOUT FOR TODAY –



*LISS Cardio in the morning – 45 minutes



1. Extended warm up on the new Precor elliptical machine – 35 minutes (awesome machine)



2. Assisted pull ups – 4 sets 12/12/12/12



3. Lat pull downs – 4 sets 15/12/10/12



4. Hammer strength supinated pull downs – 15/12/12/10



5. Mid back cable rows with monkey bar – 15/15/12/12



6. Precor mid lat rows – 15/12/10/12/



7. Precor single arm rows – 12/12/10/10



WORKOUT NOTES –



Had such a great workout at the new Vasa Fitness Facility in Chandler. What an incredible gym, with such a friendly staff, and they are so accommodating.
