Most of the videos on these things, although helpful, are made by either Toto, or websites that sell these washlet/bidets. Nothing wrong with that, but I wanted to add my two cents as a consumer.
Purchased the K300 but did NOT use it, - arrived broken. I did have a chance to examine it and install it, as well as examine the remote control. I ultimately purchased the S550e to replace the K300 and I am glad I did.

By the way- having water on demand rather than a reservoir was the. most important consideration.
