​Originally scheduled to end on December 31, 2025, the scheme has now been extended due to numerous representations from employer associations and state governments.

• ​Eligibility: It applies to all units and employees coverable under ESI provisions who have not yet registered.

• ​Terms: The extension carries the same terms and conditions as the original instructions dated 01.07.2025.

• ​Support: Regional Offices and Sub-Regional Offices are instructed to provide all necessary assistance for the online registration of units and employees.
