Tricki Wilson, Sanderstead's 19 yr old opening quickie, left for Sydney, Australia, 2 weeks ago to spend 6 months playing cricket for Sutherland District CC. Sutherland is a top grade club in Sydney with players including Steve Smith (yes, him!), Shane Watson and Ben Dwarshius - also, the 2nd Grade wicketkeeper is Sanderstead's very own Richie Bull (we miss you Richie!) who now lives and works in Sydney with partner Brodie and brand new baby daughter!

Richie is looking after Tricki while he finds his own feet in Sydney, and has introduced him to the lads at Sutherland. Richie has also been filming Tricki as he starts his journey, and we will be bringing his exploits to you in the form of Tricki Down Under: A Sanderstead Cricketers Vlog. Here's the first episode where Tricki talks about his first impressions, looks forward to his first game, and has his first training session (with Steve Smith and Shane Watson!), which is VERY different to how we do it at Sanderstead CC....
