Chaos Servant is the covenant that belongs to
Quelaag’s Sister.

After defeating Quelaag, you will find yourself in the room where you can ring one of the bells.

This room also contains a secret, an illusionary wall, located on the lower floor.

Go through this wall and you will find Eingyi, her servant, who will ask you some questions.

Answer yes to them and he will let you through and allow you to speak to Quelaag’s Sister.

Now you can speak to her and she will let you join the covenant. (you can also speak to Eingyi and he will also let you join the covenant)

Note: You can’t understand what Quelaag’s Sister is saying unless you have the Old Witch’s Ring, but this doesn’t prevent you from joining the covenant.
