Tips:
1 set up your character with single target skills, and choose fast skills, avoid long casts and channels

2 no items needed. all damage is completely avoidable, your goal is to not get hit ever. getting hit will most likely one shot you anyway.

3 do not dodge to avoid attacks unless you have to. all the attacks can be avoided simply by walking, save dodge for if you make a mistake.

4 this fight is about patience and positioning, slow your dps slightly to give yourself time to react to the boss, it's a fight of attrition. generally speaking you can weave 1 fast skill inbetween each of the bosses attacks.

5 the boss typically attacks four times in a row (not always) then pauses the pause is your main dps window. plus weaving 1 skill in between attacks.

later on the boss blinds you so it's important to recognize the bosses body animations and not just rely on the red tells on the floor.

the boss has 3 attack patterns you can to an extent dictate which attack the boss will do, more so in the first phase.

1 if you are in front of the boss he points his finger at you and then launches a frontal cone, move to the side or back of the boss then hit him. he will then t-pose and do two sideways cones move to the front or back of the boss and hit him.

2 the boss will raise his hands in a "praying" motion and will then blast the whole room except a ring around himself, so stay close. then the boss may clap his hands over his head and attack the whole room near himself so move away.

3 if the boss has a small seizure animation and forms a black orb over his head he is about to fire a laser in a straight line that will probably oneshot you. run a circle around the boss to avoid this.

4 he may mix and match these especially in the later half of phase 1

after the boss reaches 50% health or 2.5 bars he will black out the floor and you can no longer see the tells from his attacks. at this point he is going to alternate between the two circle aoe attacks. at this point it is paramount to slow down and give yourself time to watch his animations you are looking for the clap and the pray if he claps move away from him, if he prays move next to him. he will do this in cycles of 4 attacks and then pause. the pause is your main dps window. during the 4 its fine to stand still after each one to see which is next he may do 4 of the same one in a row so be on the lookout and don't be too eager to run in or out. if you are out you can use a dash attack for a little dps to move in. save your dodge for if you mess up.

at 20% or 1 bar remaining the boss will blind you. DO NOT attack him right away, he is going to immediately laser 4 times in a row, just run circles around the boss. after the 4th laser ult him, if the ult doesn't kill him outright you have a moment to get in an attack or two. if the boss is still alive just watch for the next attack cycle and repeat till dead.
