This video introduces a fully automatic packaging system designed for 50ml bottles. The system consists of three main components: a 2 in 1 Case Packer (WWP-P310) for tray forming and bottle loading, a Tray Closer (WWP-RP01) for self-locking tray sealing, and a connecting power conveyor that synchronizes the workflow.

The process begins with the suction mechanism automatically picking cardboard and forming trays. Bottles are fed via the conveyor, automatically aligned, and grouped for loading. Each cycle loads three groups of bottles, 12 bottles per group, for a total of 36 bottles. Three grippers operate synchronously to load three pallets simultaneously, ensuring that the bottles are placed accurately without tipping.

The trays are pre-folded by guide structures and sealed using the Tray Closer's self-locking mechanism, which does not require glue. Finished pallets are continuously output, maintaining stable and high-speed production throughout the process.
