A ride on the Sydney Metro; Tallawong to Sydenham Front View [4K]

In this video we take a ride on the Sydney Metro with a front end cab view from Tallawong to Sydenham. We start with the original Northwest section of the Sydney Metro which opened from Tallawong to Chatswood on the 26th May 2019, followed by travelling on the brand new City & Southwest extension from Chatswood to Sydenham through the Sydney CBD. This new extension opened on the 19th August 2024.

The automated Alstom Metropolis trains used on the Sydney Metro have a large front window allowing for an unobstructed front 'cab' view. Along the way I outline some relevant information and trivia about the line and each stop. The full journey takes 58 minutes although we cover the journey in around 52 minutes as I cut out the dwell time at most stations along the way.
