该剧改编自亦舒经典同名小说。
　　出身于上海普通人家的95后女孩麦承欢（杨紫 饰），在母亲刘婉玉（何赛飞 饰）的催促下，与男友辛家亮（牛骏峰 饰）议婚。但辛家优渥的经济条件让这段原本平等的感情关系变得失衡，同时，麦母对女儿终身大事的过度插手，加速了麦承欢和辛家亮的分手。在孝顺父母和忠于自我之间，麦承欢艰难求索，她逐步从母亲强势的关爱中挣脱，在 工作上更专心进取。麦承欢的蜕变得到了继祖母的认可，把自己最看重的酒店经营重任托付给她。继祖母的亲孙、职业酒店经理人姚志明（许凯 饰）在与麦承欢的合作中逐渐对她理解并认同，俩人成为工作伙伴，携手并进。而在生活中，姚志明被麦家烟火气之下的真情包围，与麦承欢的感情逐渐升温。从“承欢膝下”到“成就自我”，麦承欢走出了一条独属于自己的不平凡的成长之路。

►Synopsis:
