In honor of Halloween, Sean Price pays tribute to the late, great Bob Ross, who recently would have celebrated his 70th birthday. "Sean Ross" brings his world, Brownsville Brooklyn, to life -- depicting a view of his neighborhood from his apartment windowsill. He lets viewers know it's ok to beat the devil out of the brush!
