Greetings all! Greg Angello is back with another Planet One YouTube video. Yes, it's been awhile. Hope ya'll are doing well. This is a hodge-podge of what has been going on lately: New turf installs this week, mortgage rates coming down (?), a new spring market?; schools in the area are back in full swing and traffic is down right crazy!

How do we handle intense traffic? Do we have emotional outbreaks, lose our temper; drive aggressively?, perhaps so, as it is very easy to do. I talk on this subject for a bit.

Also, Planet One Radio Music is on Mix-Cloud with six new remixes with a range from techno, pop rock, classic rock and Latin rock -- for now. I just finished on this past Sunday with a mix of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Jim Morrison and The Doors.
