He authored many books like “Idhayam Kakka” and Humor & Health” in Tamil and Elsevier International (USA) published “Cardiac X-rays”, “Mind Your Heart” and “Journey to a Hearty Health” in English.
He is a strong believer that “Heart Attack”, the number one killer disease globally, can be effectively prevented & cured by implementation of positive Lifestyle. To spread this awareness, he regularly appears on several Television channels and reaches out to the public through print media. He is a featured speaker at international medical meetings and regularly addresses mindset and lifestyle enhancements at public gatherings globally
