Listening to understand your health needs better.

🎤When I interviewed 50 women and they told me that they didn’t feel heard when telling their stories about health, that resonated with me.

🤓This sentiment made me realize when I engage in conversations with clients, I can continue to be mindful that everyone’s corporate team has different health needs and it is MY JOB to listen and understand their needs.

✍️ Being mindful and in-tune with my corporate health clients’ needs allows us to make workshops and health plans that best fit their teams.
